At the 36-hour EasyA x Stellar Meridian Hackathon, José Carlos Toscano built and presented Strooper, a non-custodial Stellar wallet inside Telegram that uses passkeys instead of seed phrases. Policy signers were already on the roadmap slide; today they are the core of Stellar JEV Policies.
